These terms cover your use of this website and any purchase from it. Information here is general, not veterinary advice. Physical products may ship from suppliers, and digital products are licensed, not sold.
1. Who we are
Best Puppies Food (“we”, “us”) is a puppy food and care publication run by Solayman Rumon. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to buy anything from this website. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to place the order. We do not offer user accounts. Where checkout asks for details, you agree to give accurate information.
3. Information on this website
Articles, calculators and charts are general information. They are not veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we are not veterinarians. Our reviews are label analyses: we read labels and public sources and we do not feed-test products. Always ask your veterinarian before changing your puppy’s food or care. 4. Products we sell
We may sell two kinds of products: physical products that are fulfilled by third-party suppliers (“dropship”), and digital products such as guides, charts and templates. Each product page describes the product, its price and any limits. We may correct errors in prices or descriptions and may cancel an order that was placed at a wrong price, with a full refund.
5. Orders, payment and taxes
An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it or ship it. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken by the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not store your full card details. Taxes and shipping, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
6. Shipping of physical products
Physical products ship directly from our suppliers, so one order can arrive in more than one package and the carrier and delivery estimate are shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package.
7. Returns, cancellations and refunds
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Return rules for each physical product, including who pays return shipping, are shown on its product page. Because digital products can be copied once delivered, they are not refundable after download, except where the file is faulty and we cannot fix it, or where the law says otherwise.
8. Digital products and licence
When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may not resell, share, publish or upload it anywhere else. We keep all rights in it.
9. Pets and product safety
You are responsible for deciding whether a product suits your puppy. Follow the maker’s instructions, supervise your puppy with toys and chews, and stop using a product if your puppy shows signs of a problem. Product details come from the supplier or the label and may change.
10. Affiliate links and other websites
Some links on this site are affiliate links, which can earn us a commission at no extra cost to you (see our affiliate disclosure). We are not responsible for the content, products or policies of other websites, including retailers.
11. Content and copyright
The text, graphics, logos and images on this website are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify them without our written permission, except for short quotes with a link back to the page.
12. Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is free of viruses or other harmful components.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Best Puppies Food is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or from products bought through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
15. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated. Orders you have already placed stay under the terms in force when you placed them.
